(7th-8th grade)
Starting January 1, 2025 all seventh and eighth graders moved from one day to two day per week minimums.
7th-8th grade rationales:
Our current sophomore, juniors, and seniors are composed of a lot of kids that have been coming 2 days a week since 6-7-8th grades every single week. This is the first group we’ve had to commit to this level for this long and as a result, they/we are experiencing athletic performances as a whole that’s outpacing what we did in our first 18 to 20 years.
We are choosing to work with people like this in the future & expect even bigger things in 2028 & forward as a result of increased commitment to committed athletes.
“Commit to the program”
(High School)
In high school, athletes must complete a minimum number of workouts per week based on their sport, career point, time of year, and level of play. Failure to meet minimums is a waste of your time and money and our reputation.
If an athlete misses mandatory minimums, they can choose to be removed from the program for 6 months or remain in the program under a contract for 6 months at $399 per month for 6 months, then drop back down to the new $250 per month rate afterwards.
– Each week minimums are missed the fees will reset the 6 months at the new rate AND increase fees, by $25 per incident. Current athletes WILL NEVER return to their old rates if they fail to meet weekly program requirements.
We have programming that has been proven to work time and time again across all sports that we work with. Please spend time visiting our Instagram and our past success page here to get an in depth understanding of our success rates and know that it is not by chance that these things happen; programming must be implemented well to be effective.
Results are what we believe we exist to produce. They drive our every decision and anything outside of following the data driven program that was developed to get them is a distraction from the reason we exist.
That said, the athlete is the biggest variable of the success formula & we’ve been blessed to find the right ones to plug in & make it work. Talk don’t cook rice; get on our level!

Athletics after high school become highly specialized at the position level and the quality of training programs vary greatly across sports, levels, and schools.
