We exist to produce results. Anything outside of the behaviors that lead to a better athlete on game day is a waste of your time, your money & our reputation. We don’t decide what science & data says works, we just commit to it and demand that our athletes do as well. Putting the long term in focus over the distractions & inconveniences of the present is uncommon and what we believe has given us unparalleled success rates; not just examples of success.
TEAM TRAINING SUCCESS RATES:
On 7 occasions, a varsity team had made their deepest post season run or had their best record in school history immediately following their first year of our intensive pre-season or year round program (3 football teams, 1 baseball team, 1 soccer team, 1 gymnastics team, and 1 track team) including a football team that posted two 3-7 seasons and then won their conference championship in their first year with us and went to the state quarterfinals in year 2!
In 5 years as the head strength and conditioning coach in charge of developing a school wide strength & conditioning plan to meet the needs of all sports, that school won the “All Sports Championship” every year under our programming.
INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM SUCCESS RATES:
Since the graduating class of 2012, about 20% who have started the program have executed it to completion. The uncommon program graduates also happen to achieve at uncommon rates:
-9/10 became all conference award winning athletes
-1 in every 2 have been recognized to all state teams
-8 in 10 have gone from high school to play in college (despite the national average being less than just 7%)
-Multiple top 25 national placings, several top 10 & All American awards
-New athletes experience an average improvement of -.4 forty time within their first year (meaning whole steps faster than their old self!)
-Our athletes have now broken over 95 all time school, conference, sectional & district records.
Repeats listed were set by one of our athletes & broken by another
